Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SAC & SAP BO Consultant to collaborate with business and IT teams in the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions. The candidate should have extensive experience in SAC Planning, SAC Dashboards, and Stories, along with a good working knowledge of SAP BW. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP Business Warehouse applications, providing end-user training, and ensuring the performance and scalability of SAC environments.Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand and address SAC Planning, SAC stories, and Dashboards.• Play a key role in the analysis, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP Business Warehouse applications and front-end reports.• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and design functional specifications for data warehousing and reporting solutions.• Design and implement SAC solutions for reporting, planning, and data analysis.• Optimize SAC dashboards, reports, and models for business insights.• Lead SAC Planning for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.• Utilize data actions for advanced calculations and copy functions.• Create workflows using the calendar in SAC.• Utilize SAC’s Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning for enhanced decision-making.• Optimize SAC performance, ensuring efficient data refresh and report loading.• Apply best practices for scalable, secure, and stable SAP SAC environments.• Manage and troubleshoot data integration from various sources.• Implement advanced data models, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.• Provide end-user training on SAC features and reporting functionalities.• Develop documentation and conduct knowledge transfer for ongoing SAC maintenance.• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt resolutions.• Monitor system performance and gather user feedback to drive improvements.• Maintain a clear understanding of the potential impacts of proposed solutions on other areas of the system and/or project.• Collaborate with the administration team for system maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning.• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BusinessObjects reports, dashboards, and Universes.• Administer and configure the SAP BO environment, including user management, security, and system performance.• Monitor and maintain SAP BO server health, ensuring high availability and reliability.• Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP BO reports, dashboards, and administration.Skills and Qualifications:Primary Skill: SAC Planning, SAC Dashboards, and Stories•5+ years of hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and optimizing SAP SAC solutions (SAC Planning, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning).Secondary Skill: Knowledge of BW4/HANA•2+ years of working knowledge in SAP Business Intelligence tools (SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, etc.).•Strong data modeling and data integration skills.•Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.•Intermediate functional knowledge in enterprise modules such as Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics, Quality, Customer Relationship, and Project Management.•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.•Effective communication skills to bridge gaps between business users, developers, and IT support teams.•Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.•Proficiency in designing and developing SAP BO reports, dashboards, and Universes.•Strong knowledge of SAP BO administration, including user management, security, and system performance.Technical Requirements•5 years of experience in SAP SAC Planning, SAC Stories, and reporting solutions.•3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BusinessObjects development and administration.•2+ years of experience and good knowledge in SAP BW.Interpersonal & Communication Skills:•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.•Effective communication skills to bridge gaps between business users, developers, and IT support teams.•Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
