Research and interpret relevant regulations, standards, and directives (e.g., CE, RoHS, REACH, TSCA, CP 65, etc.).
Ensure products comply with all applicable safety and performance standards.
Stay updated on changes in regulations and standards and communicate these changes to the relevant teams.
Prepare and submit documentation required for regulatory approvals and certifications
Maintain detailed records of compliance testing, certifications, and approvals.
Prepare compliance reports and technical files for internal and external audits.
Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Work with design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to integrate compliance requirements into product development processes.
Provide guidance and support to teams on compliance-related issues and questions.
Conduct training sessions to educate staff on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and develop plans to address identified risks.Skills:
