Job Description
Read and acknowledge necessary IQVIA and customer controlled procedural documents (SOPs/WIs etc.). Ensure required training is completed in a timely fashion and documented. Complete on-job certification to be able to work independently in accordance with applicable SOPs/WIs. Have good understanding of process and impact of system administration activities, understanding of necessary approvals to be taken for each administrative change. Adhere to quality standards and timeline, work with different stakeholders and customers to achieve project and customer deliverables. Track and allocate pharmacovigilance related queries and requests received via customer specific ticketing tool. Process the allocated tickets in accordance with quality standard within the defined timeline. Perform system administration tasks to provide/revoke access to global safety database as requested by customer. Troubleshoot any system specific issue like slowness, error messages, validations etc. Liaise with second level technical support team for back-end administrative changes. Generate and review audit trail reports to ensure changes performed in the system are as per tickets received. Provide mentoring or on-the-job training support to other team members and assist with certification. Represent the team and provide support in internal and customer audits by providing required information and documentation. Address emails from different stakeholders and customers within timelines and seek clarifications where appropriate. Attend project team meetings and provide feedback on any challenges/issues or successes. Assist in generation of required reports (Example: Open tickets, status of due tickets etc.) To interface with Safety Systems users including Operations, Global Safety Reporting Group, Local Safety Officers, Medical Affairs, Global Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance team etc. Performing user acceptance tests for system enhancements and modifications.
