reputation needs – always circling back .


•    You will feed upstream to ensure all other workstreams have talent and market relevancy.


•    You will deliver campaigns + experiences that amplifies the core talent messages with market and audience relevance (e.g., campus,


apprentice, experienced hire).


•    You will deliver a campaign + experience that ensures Accenture’s culture and reputation is felt at every point in the candidate journey.


•    You will deliver a campaign + experience in a flexible model for different audience priorities + needs that MUs can easily localize.


HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:


•    Excellent knowledge of Accenture’s brand strategy and business strategy.


•    Ability to derive insights and formulate strategy from data


•    Ability to develop and apply creative and ingenious solutions to issues.


•    Oral and written communications skills and presentation skills in English.


•    Deep understanding of the societal and demographic nuance of the different MU.


•    Ability to drive projects on time + on budget results.


•    Experience in integrated marketing, branding/positioning, advertising and campaign management.


•    Experienced in stakeholder management
