We are professionally qualified in providing medically approved HIGH-TECH laser hair removal and advanced aesthetics alongside injectable treatments. As a sales Office manager need to plan, organise and co-ordinate the activities and resources of offices within commercial, industrial and other non-governmental organisations and public agencies. Need to monitor customer feedback closely to ensure the business delivers the best products and services. They also attend business events to learn more about their industry and network with other professionals and potential clients.

Tasks required by this job include: 

  • plans work schedules, assigns tasks and delegates responsibilities;
  • Advise on the handling of all correspondence and enquiries relating to accounts, sales, statistical and vacancy records;
  • Ensure that procedures for considering, issuing, amending and endorsing insurance policies are adhered to;
  • Plan, organises and co-ordinates the activities and resources of other offices keeps up-to-date
  • Briefs advertising team on client requirements, monitors the progress of advertising campaigns and liaises with client on potential modifications

Responsibility:

  • Must have a superior general professionalism including confidentiality, morality and work ethic
  • A warm and welcoming manner
  • Discusses possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, packaging, promotion etc. in light of market research with appropriate departments
  • Briefs advertising team on client requirements, monitors the progress of advertising campaigns and liaises with client on potential modifications
  • Having a best skill to organise workload tremendously
  • Marvellous attention to deal with follow-up and ensure all tasks are performed in a punctual timely manner
  • Conduct regular meetings with key partners to build strong relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all retail, wholesale, and e-tailer partners and ensure daily needs are met from the internal teams.
  • Encourage other services and skin care products to customers as appropriate
