We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Technology to build our technology function from the ground up, laying the foundation for digital transformation and operational efficiency across the group.
Role Description
The Head of Technology will be responsible for establishing and overseeing all technology operations within the group. This is a unique opportunity to design and implement the company’s technology infrastructure, leading digital initiatives from inception. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, coupled with the ability to strategically align technology with the company’s long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build the company’s technology infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
Develop and implement a forward-looking technology strategy that supports growth across all subsidiaries.
Digital Transformation: Lead the digital transformation efforts, implementing new systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experiences.
Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and develop the IT team as the technology function grows, ensuring the team is equipped to meet the evolving needs of the business.
