Company Overview

We are a well-established group of companies operating in Gambia, with diverse interests in auto parts, real estate, and manufacturing. As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and ensure the long-term financial health of our organization.

Job Summary

The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the group. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on management, ensuring that financial operations are aligned with our business objectives. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy, managing risk, and driving sustainable growth across our subsidiaries.


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • CPA or equivalent professional accounting certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.


Skills

  • Strategic financial leadership within a group or holding company structure.
  • Expertise in financial consolidation across multiple subsidiaries.
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills across diverse business units.
  • Expertise in cash flow management and capital allocation.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
