Job Description

  1. Proven experience as an accountant
  2. Experience in ZOHO Books
  3. Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  4. Familiarity with financial accounting statements
  5. Experience with general ledger functions and the month--end month-end/year-end close process
  6. Knowledge of GST filling
  7. Knowledge of TDS filling
  8. Bank reconciliation
  9. Good understanding of Profit and Loss & Balance sheets
  10. Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
  11. Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
  12. Posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, paying monthly payroll
  13. Preparing financial reports.
  14. Preparing tax returns.
  15. Performing other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

Education Details:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
  • 1-3 years experience in the same filed
  • Marketing agencies background is preferable not a must
  • Proficiency in English speaking & writing is a MUST 
  • Zoho Books experience with minimum of 6 months is a MUST​
