Job Description
Pinerium is seeking a Zoho Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation and delivery of Zoho solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from conception to delivery, with specific experience in Zoho applications. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of Zoho projects on time and within budget.
This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent client communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality Zoho solutions that align with clients' business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables for Zoho solution implementations.
- Ensure that project objectives align with client needs and Pinerium’s strategic goals.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to ensure timely completion.

Client Engagement and Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Regularly update clients on project status, deliverables, and any potential issues.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure that all expectations are met.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and support staff, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assign and manage tasks, ensuring team members understand project goals and timelines.
- Lead project meetings, providing updates, identifying risks, and troubleshooting issues.

Zoho Solutions Implementation:
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of Zoho products, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and other relevant applications.
- Customize Zoho applications to meet client-specific requirements, working closely with the technical team.
- Ensure the seamless integration of Zoho solutions with clients' existing systems.

Risk Management and Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Resolve project-related issues and challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and client satisfaction.

Project Monitoring and Reporting:
- Use Zoho Projects and other tools to track project performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics.
- Prepare regular status reports for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting progress, upcoming milestones, and any potential risks or delays.

- Organize training sessions for clients to ensure they are comfortable using Zoho solutions.
- Provide post-project support and troubleshooting, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success of the implemented solutions.
