Job Description

The Zoho Product Owner is a key role that involves managing and optimizing the use of Zoho's suite of products in the organization. As a Zoho Product Owner at Pinerium, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our Zoho offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and contribute to their growth and success.The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Zoho's capabilities, features, and integration possibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and define the product vision and goals for Zoho solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, epics, and product backlogs.
  • Prioritize features and functionalities based on business value, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality Zoho solutions.
  • Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities, gather feedback, and drive product enhancements.
  • Define and communicate the product roadmap, release plans, and sprint goals to cross-functional teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Zoho product-related inquiries, clarifications, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption, gather customer feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular product demos and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape related to Zoho solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to the development team throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably with a focus on Zoho solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Zoho product suite, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments.
  • Proficient in gathering and analyzing business requirements, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Zoho certifications, such as Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho Certified Consultant, are desirable.
  • Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
