Role Overview:

The Yeast Consultant will provide expert guidance and hands-on support in optimizing yeast production processes, improving product quality, and ensuring engineering and quality systems are aligned with industry best practices. The ideal candidate must have a strong engineering background with a deep understanding of yeast technology, fermentation processes, and industrial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize yeast production processes for efficiency and consistency
  • Advise on engineering improvements related to equipment, utilities, and plant layout
  • Support quality assurance and control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Troubleshoot production or quality challenges and recommend effective solutions
  • Train and mentor internal teams on best practices in yeast manufacturing
  • Contribute to the development of new yeast-based products or enhancements
  • Provide technical documentation and reports based on findings and recommendations
