Join us for a 6-12-month internship program in our Cairo Office and support our global Talent Acquisition Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data analysis to support ongoing projects related to Talent Acquisition.

• Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively, focusing on talent acquisition metrics and trends.

• Support ad hoc data requests from stakeholders in Talent Acquisition and P&O.

• Collaborate with team members to automate workflows and improve data processes, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.

• Conduct research on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics and talent acquisition.

• Help bridge the gap between technical data work and business needs, specifically within the talent acquisition domain.

Position Overview: This position is for you if you are:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s program in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI (preferred), Tableau or equivalent) is a plus.

• An understanding of business concepts and the ability to connect data insights to business objectives, particularly in the context of talent acquisition.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• As a diverse, international team, we collaborate in English. In addition to English fluency, other languages are a welcome bonus!
