Job Description
Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Wholesale Sales Supervisor
Achieve sales targets, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to develop team members and enhance overall team performance. Ensure that the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and sales strategies. Oversee daily operations of wholesale accounts, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase wholesale revenue and market penetration. Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze trends, and recommend adjustments to achieve sales goals. Identify potential new wholesale customers and markets and work with the sales team to acquire new business. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key wholesale clients, distributors, and partners. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, order fulfillment, customer feedback, and inventory levels. Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale sales or operations, preferably within the FMCG industry.
+ Previous experience in managing a team of sales representatives or overseeing wholesale operations
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
+ Knowledge of FMCG products, industry trends, and the wholesale distribution model.
+ Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer issues.
