Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Wholesale Sales Supervisor 

What will you do?

• Achieve sales targets, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to develop team members and enhance overall team performance.
• Ensure that the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and sales strategies.
• Oversee daily operations of wholesale accounts, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase wholesale revenue and market penetration.
• Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze trends, and recommend adjustments to achieve sales goals.
• Identify potential new wholesale customers and markets and work with the sales team to acquire new business.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key wholesale clients, distributors, and partners.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, order fulfillment, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
