Wholesale Ops Intern
Cairo Summer Internship – Commercial Operations / Internship / On-site We are looking for a proactive and motivated Wholesale Ops Intern to join our team. As a Wholesale Ops Intern, you will be responsible for following up on potential car leads, assisting in the negotiation and customer handling, and ensuring the efficient operation of our systems. This internship opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience and an opportunity to learn about supply acquisition processes within the automotive industry
What you will do!!
+ Assist in following up with potential car leads to maintain effective communication and facilitate the lead acquisition.
+ Assist in communicating with relevant stakeholders to help them understand the operations cycle and acquisition criteria.
+ Observe and learn how to identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
+ Ensure accurate and timely updates to our systems and assist in monitoring SLA compliance.
+ Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to gain insights into supply acquisition activities.
+ Assist in collecting and organizing data related to lead acquisition, follow-up, and conversion rates.
+ Contribute to the preparation of regular reports highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
+ Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Who you are!!
+ Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Basic knowledge of negotiation principles and techniques.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and analysis.
+ Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
