Purpose of the Job
Job Description
Lead and train the team effectively. Ensure daily task achievement and operational efficiency. Cover the Executives during their absences. Interact with both direct and indirect customers. Coordinate with customer's team for operational alignment. Compile and submit daily reports on operational activities.
Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education
Demonstrated expertise in customer service. Proficiency in English communication skills. Experience in logistics in a similar role. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Capable of performing well under pressure.
