Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor.

What will you do:

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Checking orders items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Track expenses related to fuel, storage, and truck maintenance.
• Lead and supervise warehouse team, including assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and managing performance.
• Address and resolve any inquiries or complaints related to warehouse operations.
• Follow up on warehouse documents cycle and conduct unexpected physical count on it.
• Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
• Initiate Random inventory check, and match Physical stocks with ERP System reports, including the follow up with the stock control department.
