Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Warehouse Storekeeper

What will you do?

•        Process on-time and dispatch of orders with accordance to ensure the cut-off timings.
•        Direct the storekeepers’ assistants to perform their tasks correctly & to maintain the cleanliness of workplace
•        Performs warehousing and store keeping tasks to include acquiring, receiving, identifying, handling, storing, issuing and delivering a wide variety of parts/products in a computerized system.
•        Guides and instructs store personnel in warehousing and store keeping procedures, material identification, handling and storage, work and safety methods to perform daily tasks, equipment operation, record keeping, and other related matters.
•        Conduct daily meeting to discuss issues related to warehouse activities with his team.
•        Identify bins that need to be replenished and update system accordingly.
•        Receive shipments & log into inventory to maintain inventory through audits.
•        Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to ensure implementing quality check to avoid such issues.
•        Follow all established policy and safety guidelines in workplace to ensure a safe work environment, an accurate and secure inventory.

What will you need?

•        4 + years’ experience in manufacturing.
•        Minimum 2 year experience in automotive industry
•        Minimum High school diploma or general education degree
•        Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures.
•        Understands basic inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures.
