Job Description

1. Infor WMS Expertise:


• Demonstrate proficiency in operating and navigating the Infor WMS platform.

• Utilize the system to manage inventory, track shipments, and update stock levels.

2. RF Device Operation:

• Operate RF devices for scanning barcodes at various stages of warehouse processes.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the Infor WMS through RF scanning.

3. Receiving and Inspection:

• Receive incoming shipments and use RF devices to scan and confirm received goods.

• Conduct quality inspections, report discrepancies, and update inventory status.

4. Order Picking and Packing:

• Utilize RF devices for efficient order picking, ensuring accuracy and speed.

• Pack orders securely, scan items to update inventory, and prepare shipments for dispatch.

5. Inventory Control:

• Conduct regular cycle counts using RF devices to maintain accurate inventory levels.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.

6. Shipping and Dispatch:

• Use RF devices to scan and verify items for outgoing shipments.

• Generate shipping labels, coordinate with carriers, and ensure timely dispatch.

7. Stock Movement:

• Execute stock movements within the warehouse using RF devices.

• Update the Infor WMS with real-time information on stock locations.

8. Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating RF devices and handling materials.

• Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.

9. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other warehouse personnel and departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.

10.Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the warehouse.

• Provide feedback on the usability and functionality of the Infor WMS.


Requirements
  • Males only
  • Hold a university degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in warehouse management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, particularly in using Infor WMS and RF devices.
  • Familiarity with barcode scanning technology and warehouse automation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of safety guidelines and best practices.
