Warehouse Specialist

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Keeper will be responsible for managing and organizing all inventory stored at the club's warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, and issuing materials and supplies to support club operations, events, and daily activities. The role ensures that all stock is well-maintained, securely stored, and accurately recorded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect deliveries of goods and supplies intended for various club departments (e.g., F&B, maintenance, sports).
• Safely store items in designated areas and ensure proper labeling and organization.
• Issue requested items to relevant departments and record all stock movements accurately.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies or shortages.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
