Warehouse Operations Supervisor


What this position is about – Purpose


The purpose of this role is to maintain optimal inventory levels across all locations in Egypt, aligning with sales demands. You'll be at the forefront of managing distribution, stock levels, and leading a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations.


What will you do – Responsibilities


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations across the warehouse, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Effectively plan and allocate the FG inventory movement across all locations to ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving accuracy, while providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Consistently seek out opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and decrease costs.
  • Manage suppliers' coworkers and encourage them to apply the plan of installation and maintenance OTIF.
  • Lead the visibility of warehouse data by utilizing ERP and warehouse systems, Power BI, and other tools.

Whom are we looking for – Requirements


  • BSc. University Degree.
  • Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse or planning areas, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written).
