Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Finance to lead the financial transformation of a growing company. This role will be crucial in guiding the company through its shift toward private equity, including restructuring financial strategies, processes, and systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in private equity transitions, with a focus on revamping financial operations and leading technological advancements in finance, particularly in the area of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all financial operations, including overseeing the monthly EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Spearhead the financial transformation during the transition to private equity, including revamping and restructuring financial strategies to align with investment goals.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term financial strategies that support growth objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of modern financial systems and technologies to streamline processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to guide strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team, ensuring a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage investor relations and contribute to risk management strategies during the transition to private equity.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior financial roles, with a proven track record in financial restructuring and transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of private equity, including financial restructuring and managing the transition to private ownership.
  • Expertise in managing monthly EFT processes, ensuring secure, timely, and accurate financial transfers.
  • Experience with FinTech systems or a modern, tech-driven approach to finance, including the integration of financial technologies to drive efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience in leading finance teams through change.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various levels of an organization and communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in industries such as fitness, retail, or consumer services is a plus.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) or relevant certifications in finance or accounting.
  • Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and financial modeling tools.
