Description



2. JOB PURPOSE
To oversee the maintenance of the unified communication environment infrastructure, collaboration tools, Contact Center Voice infrastructure and Corporate voice & video technologies to ensure optimal, best quality voice and video communication between corporate staff and customers.
4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Description
Unified Communication Infrastructure
1. Oversee unified communication infrastructure and the deployment and support of respective applications to ensure optimal, best quality voice and video communication between employees and customers.
2. Work with vendor technical teams to prospect and develop Cisco Unified Communications, design, installation, and support.
3. Oversee the inter-communication with the network team to fix any problems related to voice / video solutions.
4. Supervise proper deployment and maintenance of an integrated Video solution across the corporate to facilitate Video conferencing between different geographic locations.
5. Monitor the maintenance of different collaboration tools such as the WebEx, Jabber and Video Conference and provide proper training and awareness to End Users to ensure smooth business operation.
6. Oversee and ensure the maintenance of voice PRIs, and the Call Center PRIs and short numbers and guarantee the operation of all voice services around the clock to provide the optimal experience for CIB customers.
7. Maintain stability and availability of Call Center Voice services, and the quality of the calls to ensure providing the best customer experience
8. Review regular monitoring outputs of all Voice & Multimedia components to maintain the performance, and efficiency of the equipment.
9. Review, update and enforce technical procedures, and runbooks for the Voice & Multimedia in scope services to ensure that all team members are working in a consistent manner.
10. Lead and plan for all upgrade and configuration changes, abiding to the change management process to mitigate operational risks.

11. Implement approved department policies, processes, and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
Day-to-day operations
12. Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the IT Infrastructure Management to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
Compliance
13. Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
Supervision
14. Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes and procedures

Qualifications



6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Qualifications & Experience:
 Bachelor Degree Of Communications / Computer Engineering
 Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in Networks / Communication or Collaboration Technical support
 CISCO certificates is mandatory - professional level. (CCNP,CCVP , or equivalent)
 Excellent Knowledge in Networking, preferably CISCO products and technologies
o Routing & Switching
o Network Security baselines
 Solid Knowledge in Voice and Video Conferencing, preferably CISCO products and technologies
o IP Telephony and Unified Communication Systems
o Telepresence solutions
o WebEx and Corporate IM solutions.
o Knowledge in MS Teams or Zoom is a plus.
Skills:
 Very good command of English and Arabic languages
 Good Communication and Presentation skills
 Good Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving skills
 Supervisory skills
