- Communicating with Health Care providers through multichannel engagement tools
- Develop a list of targeted customer, Health Care providers screening, Health Care providers consent collection
- Scheduling, organizing Health Care providers call appointments & meetings
- Enhance product or medical awareness , answer queries & introducing different diagnostic options
- Establishing Health Care providers active list & identifying new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree holder in Pharmaceutical science/ Vet Medicine/ General Science
- Minimum 1 or 2 years’ experience within pharmaceutical industry / medical call center
- Basic Knowledge in digital marking is highly preferable
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a challenging environment
