Job Description
We`re seeking a
Personal Assistant to join our Client`s company in the Mental Healthcare and Therapy clinical Industry
- Expected Job Role:- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare detailed itineraries
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Coordinate meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems and records
- Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
- Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively offer solutions
-Years of Experience:
Not less than 5 years of personal assistant
-Employment terms: Full-Time
Remote-Main Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Discretion in handling confidential information
-Skills and Competencies:- Excellent Communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Fast worker with the ability to work well under stress.
- Proficiency level of English and Arabic (Speaking & Writing)
- Excellent communication skills

-Must-Have:- Excellent writing in English & Arabic with NO mistakes (spelling or grammar).
- Think fast on their feet
- Handle stress.
- Can work through a crisis without being overwhelmed.

- Not unnecessarily talkative (Straight to the point)
-Working Conditions:
5 days per week ( can be stretched to 6 days per week when needed)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Needs to be flexible
