The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content and, if necessary, filming content that enhances our brand's presence and engagement on social media. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, film, and edit video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and shot lists.
- If necessary, operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Perform video editing tasks including color correction, sound mixing, and adding visual effects.
- Produce a variety of video formats such as promotional videos, tutorials, interviews, and event coverage.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure the video content meets the desired goals.
- Manage multiple social media video projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stay updated with the latest video production trends and technologies to continuously improve video quality and production efficiency.
- Organize and manage video assets and maintain an archive of all raw footage and final videos.
- Stay updated with the latest social media video trends, platform updates, and technologies to continuously improve video content and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of video production work.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to translate ideas into compelling video content.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
