Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Assembly: Edit and assemble high-quality video content for branding, marketing, and digital campaigns.
Remote Post-Production Workflow: Work with a fully remote team using Frame.io and a Network-Attached Storage (NAS) system for asset storage and project management.
Collaborative Storytelling: Work closely with producers, videographers, and the creative team to develop compelling video narratives.
Post-Production Tasks: Handle color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, score selection, and final exports to ensure polished final products.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, storytelling techniques, and client objectives.
Platform Optimization: Adapt and optimize video content for web, social media, and digital campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
File Management & Archiving: Organize and archive footage efficiently, maintaining clear file structures and workflows.
Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to remote editing, NAS access, and file transfers.
Industry Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in video production and editing.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
2+ years of experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing storytelling and technical editing skills.
Experience working off a NAS system for file storage and remote editing workflows.
Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, and Parsec.
Strong color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics skills.
Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to remote workflows, NAS connections, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with social media trends and best practices for optimizing video content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Technical Requirements
Must be comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
A minimum of 1Gbps internet speed is required to ensure smooth collaboration and file transfers.
