We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join Group Communication team in the capacity of Video & Motion Designer.

Overview of the role
We are building a global design team in Egypt and other parts of the region to support our operations across more than 20 countries. As part of this expansion, we are seeking an exceptional Video & Motion Designer who will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our visual content strategy across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling through video, has a deep understanding of motion design, and is enthusiastic about leveraging AI tools to enhance creative workflows.

We are looking for a creative professional who is flexible, agile, and eager to take on diverse projects—from large-scale video productions to quick-turnaround animations. AI-powered tools will be a core component of this role, enabling us to streamline video production processes, increase efficiency, and push creative boundaries. What you will do

• Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for various digital platforms using advanced software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Develop motion graphics and animations using tools like After Effects, Blender, and AI-powered platforms such as RunwayML or Synthesia to enhance video production workflows and visual quality.
• Integrate AI-driven video tools like Lumen5 or Pictory to streamline video creation processes and achieve a consistent high standard of content delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce creative video concepts, animations, and visual stories that align with the company’s global branding and strategic goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing, AI video generation, and motion design, applying new methodologies to continuously improve the quality of content.
• Manage multiple video projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and maintaining the highest standards of visual storytelling.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and innovative approaches to video content.

What equips you for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Film, Animation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in video production and motion design, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in storytelling and creative execution.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong experience with motion graphics tools like After Effects, Blender, and AI-driven platforms such as RunwayML, Synthesia, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video creation tools like Lumen5, Pictory, or similar platforms to optimize video production workflows.
• Previous experience working in global consultancies, agencies, or multinational corporations is highly preferred.
• Highly self-motivated, with a strong passion for storytelling and innovation, and the ability to integrate AI tools to elevate creative outcomes.
