Job Description

We are looking for a Verification IP Product Engineer to join our team in, Cairo, Egypt.


Verification IP PE will be defining protocol feature prioritization for the verification IP products to address current and emerging protocols standard. PE will also be guiding customers on creating verification testbench methodologies based on UVM and drive verification IP rollout for new protocols. The PE will work closely with marketing teams to perform market research, product positioning and creating supporting presentation materials.


Job Description:
  • Focus on solutions scalability.
  • Ensure optimal project requirements, especially with respect to deploy-ability and quality.
  • Interact closely with worldwide software engineering, product marketing, WTO and customers.
  • Engage early adopters and ensure success with new key developments and features.
  • Develop use models and test cases for US, Europe, and PacRim customers.
  • Act as customer’s champion in product team.
  • Develop high-class training collateral and conduct field and customer training classes.
  • Provide in-depth second-line technical support for beta and early production ramp-up.
  • Explore customer challenges during deployments.
Job Qualifications:
  • Very good Knowledge about digital design using HDL languages (SystemVerilog and Verilog).
  • State of the art functional verification knowledge (UVM).
  • Good knowledge of Questa® Simulation flows is a plus.
  • Knowledge of protocol standards such as PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, and AMBA is a plus.
  • Good knowledge about advanced debug environments is a plus.
  • High ability to demonstrate good analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Individuals with strong ability to learn and explore new technologies.
  • Have self-motivation and self-discipline as well as ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work remotely within a global team environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
