A global Petrochemical SSC seeks a Vendor Management-Senior Specialist with 4-5 years of expertise in onboarding new suppliers. You will be the key point of contact for suppliers during the process:
Initiate supplier pre-screening process, approval flows for contracts & vendors
Manage supplier onboarding in the collaboration tool
Establishing guidelines for evaluating the performance of approved vendors.
Assist vendors with approvals, ensuring compliance with business policies, informing them about their responsibilities, and managing vendor documents for onboarding.
Create purchase orders
Taking the onboarding cycle timing into account
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience with proven experience working with vendors
Proficiency in SAP is Must
Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
