Purpose:
The Senior Director is a leadership role part of the Visa Consulting & Analytics team which delivers high impact advisory and implementation projects to Visa’s clients across North Africa, Levant and Pakistan (NALP), with focus on North Africa. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing practice to lead the consulting business in the North Africa geography end-to-end, including medium and long-term business development efforts and relationship building, delivery oversight and quality assurance, guiding team members in solving complex problems, shaping clients’ strategies, and managing a growing high-performing team.

Qualifications
Education and professional qualifications:
15+ years of work experience including solid consulting experience gained through extensive work in management consulting or in-house strategy function
MBA or Post Graduate studies is a plus
Experience in financial services or payments industry is a plus
A recognized undergraduate degree qualification
Experience and skills required:
Knowledge of portfolio, risk and or digital practices is preferred but not a pre-requisite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in managing high performing teams
Strong analytical and problem skills, and experience in guiding and coaching teams to solve complex client problems
Excellent presentation skills and ability to present to senior execs including c-suite
Relationship building management skills – should be able to manage internal and external stakeholders at the most senior levels
Self-motivated and high sense of ownership with ability to deliver based on own initiative with limited direction
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Results driven, flexible and both internally and externally customer focused
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with inter-disciplinary groups
Superior project management skills
Group facilitation and presentation skills
Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to develop superb client presentations
Fluency in Arabic and English mandatory
