Main Responsibilities


  • Within the assigned geography, VAM is responsible for executing customer-facing activities in alignment with the strategy set by the MCO
  • Is accountable for the implementation of regional operational plan to improve vaccines coverage.
  • Promotes correct scientific information to Healthcare Professionals and technical bodies.
  • Promotes integration among the various stakeholders involved in Vaccine Prevention Operational Plans.
  • Works closely with colleagues in Country Lead Functions, coordinating and facilitating territorial activities (regional operational plans) in order to maximize vaccine coverage and act as a partner with the Healthcare Professionals and technical bodies.
  • Is fully accountable for the business objectives assigned to him/her effectively utilising and embedding a blend of multi-channel tools to support customer engagement, disease understanding and brand awareness.
  • Private market expansion through executing operational plans & building effective relationship with key HCPs within key specialties defined by country leadership teams.
  • Enhance Sanofi Vx presence in key accounts/Hospitals under his/her scope.
  • Is fully accountable during the pre-tender phases, for identifying and implementing the best solutions, for the product portfolio under his/her scope of action.
  • Is fully accountable, during the post-tender phase, for the implementation and verification of the correct flow of the vaccine purchasing process in the area of his/her responsibility, with the objective of ensuring sustainable growth for Sanofi.
  • Manages, in collaboration with customer service, any customer issues and/or emergencies.
  • PUBLIC SALES EXECUTION through monitoring stocks & co-ordinating with business planning & operation needed supply and contract execution part.
  • Track specific agreements (tenders and major contracts) and monitor their execution versus commitments.
  • Receive, review and manage orders /LCs in compliance with vaccine offers.
  • Monitor, negotiate with customer the available shelf life for delivery & co-ordinate execution with Business operation.
  • Follow up Public sector payment, negotiate with customer unauthorized penalties in co-ordination with finance team and secure payment release on time.
  • Maintain Compliance: Abide by the requirements of the code of ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company
  • Promotion of Ethical Leadership: Takes personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Sanofi, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role (including the Industry Code of Practice, Sanofi Policies and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements) and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken.

  • Promote and follow the HSE rules and ‘Act responsibly’ to protect yourself and others from an injury and ill health conditions while at the work locations and/or while using road e.g. traffic rules, emergency evacuation procedure, medical surveillance, healthy lifestyle etc.
  • Engage the HSE department in the related activities (where applicable) and be sure that the work performed follows the local HSE regulations, Corporate HSE Policy and key requirements.
  • Attend HSE training.
  • Promptly report to your superior any dangerous conditions of which you become aware

About you


  • Education Background: Advanced bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field
  • Pharmaceutical Industry Understanding: Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry’s regulatory environment, market dynamics and customer engagement
  • Technical proficiency:
  • 4+ years of commercial experience.
  • Vaccine/KAM experience is a plus. 
  • Experience in public market is an edge.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
  • Role model of PTW behaviors

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with KOLs in the hospital environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market, clinical studies, health economics data, the business environment, and the competitive landscape in order to develop and implement appropriate strategies for targeted customers and achieve business performance goals
