TRU is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer! If you’re a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure and ready to disrupt the fintech and consumer finance market then our team is waiting for you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Own design process end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond.
- Build wireframes and prototypes to tackle difficult UX problems.
- Use and build design systems to ensure special, seamless experiences.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
What we are looking for:
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. balsamiq, Wireframe.cc and InVision).
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Photoshop, AdobeXD, Adobe Illustrator and sketch.
- Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- BSc. in Design, Computer Science or relevant field.
Nice to have:
- Experience with animation (e.g. lottie, adobe animate or similar)
- Previous experience in the fintech industry
