JOB PURPOSE



As Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the HoReCa sector by managing and expanding relationships with key accounts. This role focuses on strategic planning, identifying new opportunities, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring long-term strong client relationship.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE



Develop strategic plans for key accounts aligned with business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in uncoverd areas. Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to meet client needs. Create sales plans and forecasts to achieve revenue and volume targets. Plan and execute promotions and campaigns to boost product visibility. Stay updated on the product portfolio and deliver client training as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth strategy execution. Address client concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage promotional budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency. Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports. Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial terms. Conduct frequent kitchen demonstrations to key operators to generate incremental business.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED



Experiences & Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Key Account Management, specifically in the HoReCa sector- Customer Development. Proven experience in forecasting, planning, and activity management. Demonstrated success in agreements negotiation and driving revenue growth. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance data. Selling Skills. Results-driven attitude with a track record of achieving revenue targets. Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion. University graduate (Business Major is a plus) Food & culinary passion is a plus. English / Arabic is essential
