Job Description
Job Purpose:
Supervising financial activities within the Treasury function on a daily basis, including financing, liquidity and cash flow management. Overseeing the preparation of periodic reports related to Hikma Egypt Treasury function, as well as maintaining strong relationship with banks and financial institutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervising cash management duties including petty cash funds
- Supervising on all inward and outward Bills of Collection (BCs), Letters of Credit (LC's)
- Executing verification procedure on Treasury related financial reports and transactions while ensuring that all related transactions are completed and recorded accurately
- Reviewing customers accounts and files, and coordinating with customers regarding collections and accounts related issues
- Monitoring the debited/ credited interests and charges on accounts
- Reviewing cheques for accuracy, reporting any deviations, and updating cheques file and delivery
- Establishing and managing the relationship with banks and financial institutions, resolving any pending issues, as well as providing the Treasury officer with the technical support when needed
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce, English Section is the must.
- From 4:8 years of experience in similar position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of analytic tools such as data gathering and analysis, spreadsheets, flow-charting, and process diagramming.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- V. Good Command of English Language.
