Treasury and Working Capital Head



Key responsibilities:



Cash Management:



Understand, supervise all aspects of cash flow. Evaluate, develop, and implement cash management systems and processes to optimize efficiencies. Provide everyday cash position, estimate and analysis. Review and approve Payment per defined Authority Matrix. Responsible for monitoring all bank and cash accounts including Online banking Forex Exchange management Provide all Bank charges/ Commissions and forex exchange gains and losses to GL team. Review Early Payment Discount optimization efforts and present to FD. Supervise and manage all international cash balances efficiently. Attend a weekly status meeting with AP, AR managers prior performing the weekly cash positioning and Working Capital Analysis Cash Forecast and Networking Capital: Responsible for short and long-term cash forecasting and provide suggestions to hone and improve the forecasting process and partner with other functional areas to capture relevant inputs. Follow up with AR, AP Managers on Cash In/Outflow forecast. Forecast monthly cash requirements and execute monthly financing decisions to AP/AR Supervisors. Coordinates with other functions (AP, AR, Compliance and Tax)in terms of improving the Working Capital. Support and prepare Group Quarterly Networking Capital analysis when needed. Track Working Capital KPIs, propose, implement, and track WC improvements month on month and year on year.

Banking:



Supervise maintenance and update signatories on every bank account as per approved payment authority matrix and ensure segregation of duties. Maintain existing relationship with banks, start new relationship, open new bank accounts Relationship evaluation, review and custodian of all Banking Mandates. Support design of payment Authority Matrix from physical signatures and online banking. Review all letter of guarantee requests Negotiate and Optimize all Bank Charges and Fees. Negotiate FX rates with Banks. Explore new payment Solutions and Technologies outside the traditional banking systems.

General:



Ensure policies and procedures meet company’s objectives, needs and regulatory. Perform a weekly bank and petty cash reconciliations for all agencies and identify unallocated receipts and payments. Set the proper control tools on all banking activities notably in terms of segregation of duties. Responsible for ensuring internal controls are functioning properly in areas of responsibility Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes Provide support when needed to others. Working to tight deadlines to achieve monthly input, Monitor all Corporate credit cards usages, ensure proper controls are in place and share information with GL Team for recording keeping.

Experience Required:



7 – 10 years previous relevant treasury experience in international organization required, Strong experience in Treasury and Banking Analytical and problem-solving skills. Confidence in dealing and building relationships both internally and externally. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong Excel experience, preferably to pivot table, macro level. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Well organized with strength in prioritizing. Flexible attitude to achieve results, Calm under pressure.
