Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Travel Consultant to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting corporate clients with their travel arrangements, ensuring their travel plans are seamless and meet their specific needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and book flights, accommodations, and transportation for corporate clients based on their travel preferences and budget.
  2. Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information regarding travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
  3. Manage and organize travel itineraries, including booking changes, cancellations, and rebooking as necessary.
  4. Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies to negotiate rates and secure the best possible deals for clients.
  5. Assist clients with travel insurance, ensuring they have the appropriate coverage for their trip.
  6. Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel, providing timely and effective solutions.
  7. Maintain client profiles and travel preferences in the company's database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging technologies to provide clients with the most relevant and efficient travel solutions.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and anticipating their travel needs.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient travel experience for clients.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Prior experience working as a Business Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple travel arrangements simultaneously.
  5. Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software, such as Amadeus or Sabre.
  6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and provide effective solutions.
  8. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and be available for client emergencies.
  9. Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  10. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
