Transport Purchasing: · Contract manager with suppliers (close collaboration with NPP)
· Provide technical specifications of flows/ lanes to be addressed
· Implement change actions with operational teams
· Help to Identify and/ or lead implementation of technical savings actions
Customer satisfaction:
· Identify ways for outbound lead time reduction through carriers, flows, processes
· Daily/ weekly OTDT, OTDS-OTDC Gap follow up and communication with carriers (regular review with carriers)
· RCA analysis and action plan definition for service improvements
· Responsible to follow Transport CCL performance and drive improvement actions- link to CCC
Operations:
· Define and implement transport plans
· Manage & co-ordination of exception management – claims, late deliveries, back up plans, carrier escalations
· Analysis of lead times/ performance and improvement suggestions
· controlling the accuracy of Documents (Delivery notes; packing lists; Country of origin; Certifications; Invoices)
· Controlling the peformance of the service providers
· Participate in daily WH SIM2 a and SIM5 wirh site manager
Managing the customs audits with the officials. Implementing free trade agreement prefrential duty rates. Controlling the transportation costs Following SE transportation directions and SPS requirments .
· Measure and analyze transportation performance (cost and service) and implement corrective actions. · Manages projects to design and optimize transportation solutions integrating customs constraints.
Qualifications
About You · Education:
o Bachelor Degree of Faculty of Commerce, or Logistics
· Experience:
o 10 to 12 years experience
