Transaction Specialist

A Transactional Specialist is someone who is in charge of all retail transactions that take place in Sylndr. He is required to process all requests from customers in an orderly and timely manner. Your tasks may also include ensuring thorough compliance with the law and other business requirements as you serve our cross-functional streams.

What You’ll Do

• Organize and finalize the whole paperwork and filing of car documents, prepare the contacts ,car warranty, and finalize processes to transfer the car ownership effectively.
• Dealing with Sylndr’ clients and making sure that they received their cars with a customer-centric mindset.
• Update the operations system.
• Dealing with governmental agencies, organs, and Insurance companies.
• Maintain confidentiality while ensuring any release of information requests are compliant.

Who You Are

• A bachelor's degree in Law is a plus, as is legal background.
• From zero up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Active team player.
• Analytical thinking and Attention to details
• Effective communication is the ability to communicate clearly and concisely Problem-solving skills.
