Job Overview:



BayanTech is seeking an experienced and innovative Training Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience. The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training materials aimed at enhancing the skills of both new and existing employees. This role focuses on providing comprehensive training programs that cover soft and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design skills, with a demonstrated ability to create engaging training materials that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs (both soft skills and technical) tailored to meet organizational and departmental needs. Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, guides, and e-learning modules. Analyze the training needs of various departments and create customized training plans to address specific knowledge gaps. Deliver training programs through in-person sessions, virtual training, and workshops. Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices. Gather feedback from trainees, assess learning outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to improve future training sessions. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in translation and localization, incorporating this knowledge into training materials. Create and manage a library of training resources, ensuring materials are regularly updated and accessible for all employees. Monitor training outcomes and employee performance, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience as a Training Specialist, Corporate Trainer, or in a similar role Proficiency in creating and delivering training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning modules. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a simple, engaging manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.* Experience with e-learning platforms and other training technologies is an advantage.
