About the Role


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Manager to act as a key coordinator between our production team in KSA and the backend production team in Cairo. The Traffic Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless workflow, on-time delivery of projects, and maintaining clear communication channels between both teams. This role is pivotal in optimizing resource allocation, tracking project milestones, and fostering collaboration to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities


Project Coordination:


  • Act as the primary liaison between the KSA production team and Cairo backend production team to manage timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.
  • Schedule and oversee all project milestones to ensure timely completion.

Workflow Management:


  • Monitor the progress of assigned projects and tasks and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with team leads and project managers to allocate resources and prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Identify bottlenecks or issues in workflow and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.

Communication and Coordination:


  • Communicate status updates, deadlines, and any changes in project scope to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure clear understanding of projects/requirements and expectations.

Quality Assurance:


  • Conduct periodic reviews of completed tasks to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to team members to support continuous improvement and development.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or team members regarding ticket assignments or project execution.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate records of all client assignments and project status updates.
  • Generate regular reports on assignment metrics, workflow efficiency, and team performance.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project/traffic management within a media or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media workflows and production processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
