Job Summary: The TA Engagement Manager is responsible for building, managing and delivering on all the marketing strategies and promotional activities for assigned Geography and/or Therapy Area. This role involves a combination of medical knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationship management. As well as ensuring that the resources are made available to all customer facing colleagues, in order to maximize patient impact while delivering on the financial objectives for the assigned Geography and/or Therapy Area, Through guiding and coaching his/her Product Specialists to improve their efficiency to achieve optimum performance of both Sales and Non-Sales KPIs in full compliance alignment with Pfizer Values, Global Guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), policies, and SOP’s. The TA Engagement Manager reports into the Customer Engagement Lead.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Share in planning and executing marketing plans to meet company objectives of sales in the market.
- Forecast sales performance and track progress towards target.
- Manage and guide the activities of his/her Product Specialists to ensure the best use of their time, enhance their efficiency and ensure their selling efforts are focusing on predetermined list of prioritized objectives.
- Plan, organize and monitor activities of his/her Product Specialists in a timely manner to achieve required objectives through group meetings, review call reports and call plans and ensure their best time.
- Manage sales and non-sales targets allocation for the assigned team with monthly tracking of performance and reporting.
- Assign sales territory to Product Specialists and analyzes sales statistics to ensure the proper deployment of his sales team.
- Train Product Specialists on new campaigns, preparation of slide decks and other promotional tools.
- Assist or participate in developing sales campaigns, seminars and symposia to accommodate company’s goals.
- Study, analyze market and watch closely the competition, report findings to his boss and other concerned departments.
- Omni Channel adoption via developing and deploying of communication channels with his team and with other departments and improve the quality of ongoing information
- Prepare and submits periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales growth
- Assist in communicating the marketing plan to the field sales force and assure its implementation by means of personal contact in the field.
- Collaborate with the TA/Brand core team to ensure the establishment of brand strategies and implementation tactics in line with sales forecasts and expense budgets.
- Inform the management of market challenges, opportunities and competitive activities.
Qualifications:
- Medical or pharmaceutical background is preferred.
- Min 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- High digital adoption.
- Very Good English language.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong experience in high level analysis, building strategies and innovation of project execution.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal and team building skills.

- Persistent and able to work under pressure, able to plan and organize activities and resources.
