• Develop test estimates, test schedules, impact analysis, and co-ordinate resources accordingly to improve efficiency and reduce testing time. 
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software testers and conduct performance evaluations to foster a collaborative and high-performing testing team. 
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test strategies to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Ensure test cases are well-documented, and executed, and results are accurately reported to the concerned parties to support business decisions
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate effective communication between testing teams and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Produce metrics to measure testing quality and progress. 
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.
• Identify potential risks and issues related to software quality to develop mitigation strategies proactively and contingency plans.
• Define the Quality Assurance Team Career Path & Training Plans to encourage team development and prepare successors 
• Define function and team OKRs and KPIs to align with organization goals. 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a relevant major
  
• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing with at least 2 years' experience in managing a team 
  
• Hands-on experience in Appium and rest assured.  
  
• Extensive knowledge of automation testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.  
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).  
  
• Background in performance, Load test and Functional Security Testing  
  
• OWASP Knowledge, Fintech Background & PCI compliance is a plus
