About The Role
Teppanyaki Chef De Partie who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate experience.
What You Will Do
Prepare and cook teppanyaki-style dishes in front of guests.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
Maintain a clean and organized cooking station.
Engage with guests and provide an entertaining dining experience.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of dishes.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Handle special dietary requests and food allergies with care.
Ensure consistency in taste and presentation of dishes.
Manage time efficiently to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Participate in menu planning and development.
Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures.
Proven experience as a Teppanyaki Chef.
In-depth knowledge of teppanyaki cooking techniques.
Excellent knife skills and hand-eye coordination.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and a passion for culinary arts.
Ability to entertain and engage with guests.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
