Job Description

Manage and Assist the Proposals Team Leader in coordinate and directing all proposal efforts and personnel.



Participate in the development and review of proposal strategies and future plans.



Create and review of a proposal outline that will be used as a key document design and control.



Evaluate all proposals outlines in order to ensure both compliance with the customer’s requirements.



Build the proposal preparation plan to fulfill all tender requirements.



Review completed specifications, conditions of the proposal sections to ensure requirements are adequately and clear.



Work with the proposal team to ensure that all compatibility is achieved.



Develop a team plan for the final review and internal evaluation of the proposal



Direct the Proposal Coordinator in all proposal development and production activities



Share with the different departments to ensure that all requirements are achievable.



Evaluate all technical/commercial proposal in order to submit the proposal in the exact submission due date.



Follow with the business development team to get the final result of the submitted proposals



Minimum



- Years of experience:


8-10



- Academic Qualifications:


Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.



- Language proficiency:
