Job Summary


We are seeking a Telesales Specialist with proficiency in English to join our dynamic sales team at iSchool. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, effectively communicating our educational offerings, and driving sales to help parents choose the right programs for their children.


Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as live chat platforms, to promote and sell iSchool’s English courses.
  • Provide clear and concise information about our educational products, addressing customer inquiries and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels and ensure timely communication to maximize conversion rates.
  • Personalize consultations to understand the needs of parents and recommend suitable courses for their children.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to call and chat performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
