Job Summary
As a Sales Specialist at iSchool, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our educational products and services. You will play a critical role in establishing relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring their needs are met, and driving our sales success through strategic efforts.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through both phone calls and live chat platforms to promote and sell iSchool’s courses.
- Handle inbound inquiries, provide detailed information about our offerings, and guide potential customers through their decision-making process.
- Reach out to leads generated through various channels, including online marketing and referrals.
- Manage and follow up with a pipeline of prospects to maximize conversion rates.
- Provide personalized consultation to understand the needs of parents and recommend appropriate courses for their children.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to both call and chat performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
