Work Location: Maadi, Cairo
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for insurance brokerage services.
Provide detailed information about insurance products and services.
Handle inquiries, objections, and provide excellent customer service through different channels such as chats and calls.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our telesales campaign.

Competitive salary and performance-based incentives:
Base Gross Salary: 9,000 EGP
Monthly KPI Bonus: 1000 EGP

There are 2 shifts you will be assigned to:
10:00 AM UAE Time (9 AM Cairo Time)
2:00 PM UAE Time (12 PM Cairo Time)
The shift is 8.30 hours and includes a 30-minute break.
Days off: 2 days off per week
Fixed off-day: Saturdays, other day off: Friday or Sunday
