Position: Call Center Agent

• Work Location: Maadi, Cairo

  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for insurance brokerage services.

  
  

• Provide detailed information about insurance products and services.

  
  

• Handle inquiries, objections, and provide excellent customer service through different channels such as chats and calls.

  
  

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our telesales campaign.

Shifts and Days off

• There are 2 shifts you will be assigned to:

  
  

• 10:00 AM UAE Time (9 AM Cairo Time)

  
  

• 2:00 PM UAE Time (12 PM Cairo Time)

  
  

• The shift is 8.30 hours and includes a 30-minute break.

  
  

• Days off: 2 days off per week

  
  

• Fixed off-day: Saturdays, other day off: Friday or Sunday
