Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Telecom Service Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves close interaction with customers to ensure smooth deployment and operation of our telecom tools and systems. The engineer will provide on-site support, address inquiries, and assist in troubleshooting during deployment phases. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, possess a strong knowledge of telecom and network monitoring, and be comfortable with periodic travel and extended stays (up to 3 months) at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide hands-on technical support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to telecom network monitoring and our tools.
Deployment Assistance: Guide customers through the deployment of our telecom solutions, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
Product Training: Educate customers on using our tools effectively, offering in-depth explanations and ongoing support as needed.
Customer Relationship: Maintain a close working relationship with customers, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Travel and On-Site Support: Be available to travel to customer sites as required, with stays up to 3 months depending on project needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Language: Fluency in Arabic and English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
Technical Knowledge: Background in telecom with a strong focus on network monitoring and troubleshooting.
Problem-Solving: Ability to assess and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently and stay on-site for extended periods as needed.
Preferred Experience
3+ years in telecom engineering or related fields.
Proven expertise in container orchestration and telecom tool integration
Additional Technical Experience
Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker for managing and deploying containerized applications in telecom environments.
Hands-on experience with telecom monitoring tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, LGTM stack
and similar systems, ensuring effective monitoring and diagnostics of network performance.
