Job Summary:
The Telecom Partnership Operator Manager is responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships with telecom operators to drive CardoO's market presence and sales performance. This role involves managing joint initiatives, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless collaboration between CardoO and telecom operators to achieve mutual business goals.

Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development & Management:
  • Identify and establish partnerships with key telecom operators to promote CardoO's products and services.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with CardoO's strategic objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for telecom operators, building strong and long-term relationships.
Joint Marketing & Promotion Campaigns:
  • Collaborate with telecom operators to design and execute joint marketing campaigns that enhance CardoO's brand visibility.
  • Ensure proper alignment on product launches, promotions, and sales strategies with telecom partners.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of joint campaigns and propose improvements for future initiatives.
Sales Performance & Target Achievement:
  • Drive sales performance through telecom channels, ensuring CardoO products meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop strategies to maximize product bundling and upselling opportunities through telecom partnerships.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of telecom partnerships to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Market Research & Insights:
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide insights that strengthen CardoO's telecom partnerships.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth within the telecom sector and recommend strategies to capitalize on them.
Operational Coordination:
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and supply chain) to ensure timely product delivery and partner satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve any operational challenges that may arise with telecom operators.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in partnership management, business development, or sales within the telecom or tech industry.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with joint marketing campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the telecom industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
